Damian Dove founded 5Point after more then 30 years in the construction and engineering industry, holding executive roles in Tier 1 and ASX-listed companies. His passion for building boutique, high-end residential projects stems from a desire to create a more intimate, client-focused business. With a background in managing multi-billion-dollar projects, Damian shifted his focus to 5Point to work closely with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a personalized, hands-on approach to every development. This commitment allows Damian to stay deeply involved in each project, overseeing every details from concept to completion while fostering strong collaboration.
Under Damian’s leadership, 5Point has delivered over $1.5 billion in boutique developments, earning multiple awards for both design excellence and sustainability.
