Inside Lumara, as featured by The Local Project.
Lumara, Broadbeach
We’re grateful to see Lumara featured by The Local Project, offering an opportunity to step inside the project and explore the architecture, interiors and thinking that have shaped the vision behind this distinctive Gold Coast development.
Developed and built by 5Point, with architecture and interior design by Cottee Parker, Lumara has been shaped by a shared ambition: to create a residential experience that feels inherently connected to its coastal setting while delivering the quality, refinement and longevity expected of contemporary apartment living.

A Vision Shaped by Place
From the outset, Lumara has been envisioned as a development that feels distinctly connected to the Gold Coast.
Its sculptural architecture, flowing forms and considered materiality create a strong identity, while light-filled residences and expansive outlooks embrace the qualities of coastal living. Throughout the project, every element has been approached with a focus on creating spaces that feel refined, enduring and effortless to live in.
More Than a Residence
Lumara has been designed around the complete residential experience.
Generous residences are complemented by an extensive collection of private amenities focused on wellness, relaxation and connection. From the pool and wellness spaces to private dining and business facilities, each has been considered as an extension of home.
It reflects the broader vision for Lumara: to deliver not simply an apartment building, but a highly considered way of living on the Gold Coast.
Brought to Life Through Collaboration
As Developer and Builder, we’re incredibly proud to be bringing Lumara to life alongside a talented team of architects, consultants, project partners and trades.
Projects of this calibre are the result of genuine collaboration, shared standards and an unwavering attention to detail. We’re grateful to everyone contributing their expertise to Lumara and to The Local Project for recognising the project and sharing its story.
