Construction at Palm Shores is powering ahead, with major milestones already achieved since our last update. Demolition is complete, piling and basement retention are finished, the seawall has been fully rebuilt, and the ground-level “donut” slab has now been poured. The site has transformed dramatically, and momentum is stronger than ever.
Following a hugely successful sales campaign, Palm Shores is now down to the very last Half Floor Apartment – a testament to 5Point’s quality of developments.
Progress Highlights
- Piling commenced and completed.
- Ground-level “donut slab” poured, now forming the platform for basement construction.
- Bulk excavation underway alongside commissioning of the dewatering system to stabilise ground conditions.
- Raft slab pour planned for early 2026.
- Forming and pouring of the Basement 3 slab.
- Tower crane installation.
- Both milestones targeted for completion by the end of February 2026.
