Adagio is stepping in to its final stages of Construction with completion set for the end of April, 2025.
Apartments: The Final Touches
- Apartment constructions has reached Lebel 6, with defecting now in progress to perfect every detail.
- At the end of April, apartments will be fully complete, ready to welcome their future residents.
Elevated Living: Rooftop Oasis Finished
- The rooftop balcony and barbeque are now complete
- The exclusive space is designed for relaxation and entertainment.
Streetscape & Landscaping
- Final landscaping and external works are in full swing, bringing the development’s surroundings to life.
- Streetscape works will be completed in the coming weeks.
External Works & Streetscape Progress
- Exterior finishes to the ground0floor courtyards are in progress, adding the final lawyer of detail to these outdoor retreats.
- Streetscape works along Sylvan Road have commenced
