Recently, we came together on the absolute beachfront of Jefferson Lane to recognise the collective effort behind Ophira – a truly unique project and the first of its kind in Palm Beach.

The evening was an opportunity to thank the consultants, collaborators, and wider project team whose expertise, commitment, and shared vision contributed to delivering a project of this calibre. From concept through to completion, Ophira has been shaped by a strong collaborative approach across every stage.

Guests enjoyed a guided walkthrough of the completed development, followed by an evening of drinks, conversation, and celebration overlooking the beachfront.

Elevaire continues its steady progression toward completion, with another defining milestone achieved as the tower crane is dismantled — a clear signal that the structure has reached its full height and final form.

With major structural works now behind us, key internal and external elements have been completed, and the building is taking shape exactly as envisioned. The architectural intent is now fully expressed, grounding Elevaire confidently within its Palm Beach setting.

As we enter the final phase of delivery, attention turns to the finer details — completing finishes, refining internal spaces and preparing for handover. Each stage reflects the precision and discipline of the teams on site, ensuring Elevaire is delivered with certainty and care.
