OPHIRA IS ON THE RISE

The Up-Lift was a major milestone for Ophira and 5Point, demonstrating that when the Gold Coast City Council strategic planning guidelines have been met, there is an expectance for this type of development along the coastline.

When Ophira first launched last year, five of the 8 apartments were purchased with in the first few months by local downsizers. Now only one of the full floor apartments remaining for sale. From the outset, Ophira was designed as a boutique project and intentionally curated for high-end downsizers.

The significant planning approval allows us to increase the building height and add another two full floor apartments to the exclusive development on Jefferson Lane beachfront, whilst enhancing what was already one of the most anticipated absolute beachfront apartment offerings in Palm Beach.

What the Uplift Delivers

  • 2 new full-floor residences added
  • Up to 322m2 internal / external living per apartment
  • A two-level penthouse
  • Three bedroom, three bathroom layouts with display wine storage, sculleries, and uninterrupted ocean views

Every detail is considered. Every space is built to elevate beachfront living.

Since bringing development in-house, 5Point has cemented its capability with over $160 million in apartment stock now under contract along Jefferson Lane. Just 400 meters north of Ophira, Palm Shores – our second development in the precinct has already sold 12 of 16 residences, including eight n the first four weeks alone.

Looking Ahead

Ophira’s uplift is about more than floors, it’s a step forward for design-led development that respects place, planning, and people.

We’re proud of this outcome, and what it signals for the future of thoughtful, premium beachfront living on the Gold Coast.

2025 5Point Annual Golf Day

Celebrating the people behind the projects.

Another year, another unforgettable day at Links Hope Island. With blue skies overhead and cold beers in hand, our annual 5Point Key Stakeholder Golf Day delivered the perfect mix of sunshine and good company.

It is always a standout day in our calendar – a day set aside to recognise and thank our valued supply chain partners for their ongoing commitment and support. This event is more then just a game of golf, it is our way of saying thank you.

The competition was tight, but bragging rights for the year ahead belong to:
  • Closest to the pin: Solutions Built & Heritage Stone
  • Longest Drive: TJM Projects
  • Best Overall Score: Solutions Built & Seyspark

We’ll see if you can back it up in 2026.

Big Thanks to our Event Partners

Keeping everyone refreshed on the course were the legends from Easy Time Brewing co, and Hound & Stag – We appreciate the support (and the hydration).

Why we host Subbies Day

At 5Point, we don’t take relationships for granted. We believe great work is built on trust, loyalty and shared wins. The Subbies Golf Day is just one of the ways we reinforce the kind of culture we value on site — collaborative, generous and team-first.

To all who joined us – Thank You. Until next year…!
