Construction Update: Ophira

We are proud to share our final construction update for Ophira as this landmark absolute beachfront address moves confidently toward completion, on track for March 2026.

With major structural milestones now complete, the crane has been dismantled, scaffolding is coming down, and landscaping is well underway – revealing the architectural vision in its full coastal context. Internally, finishing trades are refining the final details, while lower-level residences have reached lock-up stage, signalling the project’s transition into its final phase.

Ophira’s sales campaign has been exceptional. Achieving a 100% sell-out well ahead of completion, every residence has been secured by owner-occupiers — a powerful endorsement of the project’s integrity and long-term appeal. Buyer interest has been predominantly local, complemented by a select number of international purchasers, reinforcing Ophira’s resonance both within the community and abroad.

Now entering its final stage of delivery, Ophira stands poised to become a defining beachfront address – shaped by considered design, exceptional positioning and an enduring sense of place.

Built and developed by 5Point Projects, designed in collaboration with BDA Architecture, and brought to market by ARC Project Marketing, with visual storytelling by Drift Visuals, Ophira represents a shared commitment to quality, craftsmanship and place.

Construction Update: Jardinia

Jardinia, Yeronga

Momentum continues to build at Jardinia as the structure rises with clarity and intent. The final major concrete blade walls and stair shafts – critical vertical elements that anchor the building’s core – are now complete, marking a significant milestone in the project’s evolution.

Levels 2 and 3 are advancing in sequence, with slabs poured and formwork progressing steadily, while ground floor areas transition in preparation for finishes trades. Each stage reflects the coordination, precision and commitment of our site team and valued trade partners.

Looking ahead, completion of the concrete structure remains on track for the end of March. Structural steel for the roof will follow in April, with full roof sheeting scheduled for May – bringing the building closer to its finished form.

Delivered in collaboration with Pradella Property, designed by Wiltshire Stevens Architects, engineered by Inertia Engineering, with visualisation by Nord Studio and sales led by Position Property, Jardinia is a testament to collaborative delivery.

Construction Update: Aire

Aire, Newstead

Construction is progressing steadily at AIRE, Newstead, an iconic boutique development by HG Developments. This exclusive collection of 40 luxury residences is being crafted by 5Point in one of Brisbane’s most sought-after riverside enclaves.

Significant milestones have already been achieved. Piling and capping beam works are complete, and the top level of retention bracing has been finalised, with bottom-level works well underway. Excavation continues at pace, with the rear of the site having reached the final basement level, while the front two-thirds are advancing through Basement 2 of 3.
