The sod is officially turned on 5Point’s latest Gold Coast development and continuing our presence on Palm Beach absolute beachfront.
Palm Shores will rise as a collection of 16 luxury residences across 9 levels, encompassing two private beach front homes, crowned with dual level penthouses. With 60 percent sold in just four weeks – before we had officially launched, momentum is real and premium coastal living is clearly resonating.
The Up-Lift was a major milestone for Ophira and 5Point, demonstrating that when the Gold Coast City Council strategic planning guidelines have been met, there is an expectance for this type of development along the coastline.
When Ophira first launched last year, five of the 8 apartments were purchased with in the first few months by local downsizers. Now only one of the full floor apartments remaining for sale. From the outset, Ophira was designed as a boutique project and intentionally curated for high-end downsizers.
The significant planning approval allows us to increase the building height and add another two full floor apartments to the exclusive development on Jefferson Lane beachfront, whilst enhancing what was already one of the most anticipated absolute beachfront apartment offerings in Palm Beach.
“This outcome shows that when good design aligns with policy, it’s possible to push forward with confidence. ”
