Located within the highly regarded and sought-after Brisbane suburb of Hawthorne, 5Point have been appointed as the Design and Construction Contractor to deliver ‘Hawthorne Residences’, an exclusive boutique residential development.

Having expansive light filled layouts with state-of-the-art inclusions throughout, no expense has been spared to create the epitome of luxury coupled with low maintenance living.

5Point were able to offer a completely revised Engineering focus to the initial Development Approval, which in turn has provided the best solution to unlock this development project and get it underway.

We are very pleased to be working alongside HAL Architects again to achieve the unique project vision that combines contemporary design with sustainability and ‘whole of life’ functionality.
