AIRE Newstead is to be developed on a prime 1518sqm site at 25 Maud Street Newstead North, offering 40 oversized, prestigious private residences in a selection of two and three bedroom floorplans that can also include multipurpose rooms and studies.

Como, Varisty Lakes

COMO Varsity Lakes is a boutique 16-level mixed-use residential development located at 22 Lake Street, Varsity Lakes, positioned alongside the shores of Lake Orr on the Gold Coast. Delivered in partnership with Red & Co, the project will comprise 156 premium one, two and three-bedroom apartments designed to offer contemporary lakeside living within close proximity to Bond University and key lifestyle amenities.

The project has been thoughtfully designed to combine architectural sophistication with functional living, featuring curated rooftop amenities and landscaped communal spaces that enhance the resident experience. COMO aims to establish a new benchmark for luxury apartment living in the Varsity Lakes precinct.

Construction commenced Q1 2026, with completion anticipated in Q4 2028.

ONE Bulimba Riverfront is a sanctuary situated on the Brisbane Riverfront. Consisting of 24 Penthouse Style Luxury Apartments over 4 levels with a 12 bay marina set off along the river front.

Located within the highly regarded and sought-after Brisbane suburb of Hawthorne, 5Point have been appointed as the Design and Construction Contractor to deliver ‘Hawthorne Residences’, an exclusive boutique residential development.

Having expansive light filled layouts with state-of-the-art inclusions throughout, no expense has been spared to create the epitome of luxury coupled with low maintenance living.

5Point were able to offer a completely revised Engineering focus to the initial Development Approval, which in turn has provided the best solution to unlock this development project and get it underway.
