Construction at Palm Shores is powering ahead, with major milestones already achieved since our last update. Demolition is complete, piling and basement retention are finished, the seawall has been fully rebuilt, and the ground-level “donut” slab has now been poured. The site has transformed dramatically, and momentum is stronger than ever.
Following a hugely successful sales campaign, Palm Shores is now down to the very last Half Floor Apartment – a testament to 5Point’s quality of developments.

Construction is well underway at Jardinia, our 87-unit residential project in the heart of Yeronga. With the structural basement and civil works complete, pouring of Level 1 is now underway—an exciting milestone as the building begins to take its full shape.
