Progress is surging ahead at One Earle Lane, with our team making significant strides towards completion. The vision is quickly becoming reality, and we’re excited to share the latest updates on this landmark project.
Inside The Apartments: Nearing Completion
- Joinery installation is substantially complete, bringing sleek, functional design to life.
- Carpet and timber floor are being laid on Level 8.
- Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Fire fit-offs are done, with Electrical fit-offs progressing up to Level 5.
- Internal walls and floor tiling are now completed, setting the stage for the finishing touches.
Outdoor & Communal Space Taking Shape
- The final tiling for the pool is being completed, soon to be ready for water.
- The rooftop recreation area of Level 9 is coming to life, featuring newly installed Canary Palms.
- Internal laminate wall and ceiling cladding is underway.
External Works & Streetscape Progress
- Exterior finishes to the ground0floor courtyards are in progress, adding the final lawyer of detail to these outdoor retreats.
- Streetscape works along Sylvan Road have commenced
What’s Next?
As we move into the final stages, our team is focused on:
- Completing rectification works to ensure every detail meets our high standard
- Finalising compliance and authority certifications.
- Wrapping up ground-floor finishes, including extensive landscaping works.
